November 11 (SATURDAY) 10:30-12:30; Take & Bake Pies
Learn the art of prepping the perfect holiday pies at L&B! You will learn about the science behind the perfect pie dough, then make, roll, and cut dough.You will use classic Michigan ingredients to create two scrumptious pie fillings:apple and triple berry! Then, learn some simple pie decorating techniques to take your pies to the next level. The L&B team will share tips on freezing your pies, thawing, and baking for the holidays! Each guest will go home with 2 9” pies ready for the holidays, along with recipes for pie dough, fillings, and thawing and baking instructions! This is an event for all ages, but children under 14 must be supervised by an adult!
